Asim Mohammed, 22, of Chapel Street, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one small bag of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on December 20. Fined £73, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Fluturin Hassani, 28, of Woodside Road, Abbots Langley. Assaulted a man by beating in Abbots Langley on January 1. Six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Andrew James Clarke, 43, of Heather Way, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without valid MOt in Hemel Hempstead on August 18 and September 4. Fined a total of £400, £40 victim surcharge and £170 costs.

Jeremy Hill Dent, 65, of Abbots Rise, Kings Langley. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Hemel Hempstead between August 19 and September 16. Six points on licence and fined £600, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel John Paul Turner, 21, of Parkwood Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a community order by failing to attend supervision appointments on December 3 and 17. Community order varied to include 20 additional hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Luke Daryl Phillips, 30, of High Acres, Abbots Langley. Harrassed a woman by sending her numerous abusive text messages on August 28 and numerous other text messages between November 5 and December 24 in Watford, and stole £40.02 worth of petrol from a garage in Watford on December 1. Community order including 12 months supervision and 100 hours unpaid work, restraining order against victim and ordered to pay £40.02 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lewis Jason Dumbarton, 20, c/o Riverside Gardens, Berkhamsted. Possession of a machete in Gossoms End, Berkhamsted on September 28. Detained for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, community order including 40 days general offending behaviour programme and 12 months supervision, and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

George Lui Jones, 20, of Wharf Way, Abbots Langley. Driving a motorcycle without a valid licence or insurance, and failed to supply a specimen of breath when asked to do so by police in Watford on July 25, while on suspended sentence for previous offence.
