Satisfaction with ambulance service

94.6 per cent of people who used the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) described the overall service they received as either very satisfactory or satisfactory, according to the latest survey.

98 people took part in the survey, and the overall satisfaction rate was virtually identical to the previous month’s figure of 95 per cent of people who were either very satisfactory or satisfactory.

Robert Morton, chief executive of EEAST, said: He added: “The responses in this survey show that time and again our staff are providing a level of care that is second to none and for that I want to thank everyone.”
