The victim, who is on holiday in the UK, was walking around the market between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Saturday, May 21. When she returned to her car she realised that her ring was missing.

The gold solitaire ring has a ‘T’ engraved on the inside.

PC Jo Jarvis said: “This is a popular market that attracts many visitors so I am appealing for those who visited the market on Saturday to cast their minds back and consider whether they saw anyone acting suspiciously.
