"However we have made some changes and, whilst adhering to the social distancing guidance, we were able to talk to local residents about a number of issues and signed up 67 new members to OWL."

While officers were out and about they observed a male who shouted abuse at two Police Community Support Officers and suggest they were not real police and just a waste of space.

In a statement on the Dacorum Police Facebook Page it says: "Little did he know that our PCSOs have a crucial role in keeping your communities safe and knew the male was wanted on recall to prison.

"Suffice to say shortly after the derogatory comments were made, the male found himself in handcuffs courtesy of members of the Special Constabulary and on his way back to prison."
