IN PICTURES: Hemel Scout groups enjoy virtual camp during lockdown

Scout groups across Hemel have been very busy during lockdown switching to running online weekly sessions.

Last weekend the groups had their first ever Hemel Scouts virtual camp, 381 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers aged five to 17 from across Hemel Hempstead took part and by the end there were nearly 400 taking part with young people from 13 different groups involved. They took part in online games and activities, helped cook meals and clean up and even enjoyed some campfire songs, all virtually. Read more: Hemel Scout groups enjoy virtual camp during lockdown
