New manager takes charge of The Marlowes in Hemel Hempstead

Humphrey Mwanza joins with more than 16 years of management and retail experience, having previously held various roles within major fashion retail companies such as Debenhams and New Look, where he managed 16 stores for over ten years.

He said: “It is fantastic to become part of the team at The Marlowes at such an exciting time for the centre and the local community.

"I’m looking forward to seeing through the major investment in improving guest experience, and playing a central role in the centre’s continued repositioning at the heart of Hemel Hempstead, which I’m delighted to call my new home.”

Forthcoming changes at The Marlowes include a collaboration with renowned Ofsted-approved childcare and creche provider Tinies Childcare, the UK’s largest gym Pure Gym opening its doors in December, and an investment worth more than £15million over the next 18-24 months.
