The activity videos which include family yoga, boxing fitness, dance, art, mindfulness and more, are still available to view on Dacorum Borough Council’s YouTube channel.Councillor Julie Banks, portfolio holder for Community and Regulatory Services and Member Champion for Hertfordshire Year of Culture said: “What a fantastic idea and way for Dacorum residents to get involved in online activities and to see the new Active Dacorum Hub.
"It is great to see the range of organisations coming together to work with us in partnership to put on such an event for the community.
"A special thanks to APEX in the Community for their investment and collaborative work with us to get the Active Dacorum Hub open.”
The Active Dacorum Hub has a mirrored studio space for clubs, classes and workshops, a small gym run by Viking Circle Fitness and a café area with nutritious refreshments served by the Cake Shack.
The venue will be available for community hire and aims to become a vibrant and welcoming space for all.
