A woman from Hemel Hempstead has created a feel good video to support the NHS and improve people's wellbeing.

Rachel Phoenix, of Chaulden, decided to create the upbeat video to make people smile during the coronavirus pandemic and to celebrate the NHS.

Rachel, the founder of Phoenix Entertainments and is sharing this video to spread positivity.

She said: "I feel like there is a lot of negativity at the moment with what is going on.

"I know we need to know what's going and it will help us to stay alert and stay safe but I think it is important to also share positive messages.

"I wanted to create something fun, entertaining and positive and with it being mental health awareness week, I thought it would tie in nicely.

"I want to share more positivity with people and the video also celebrates the NHS and all the good work they are doing plus it is mental health awareness week and so I think it is very apt and would be enjoyed."
