The toppers will also have a QR code attached so people can donate to the Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity if they wish.
The charity helps and empowers seriously ill children, helping them to face life’s toughest challenges with the support of Specialist Children’s Roald Dahl Nurses.
Eloise Swain, from Yarn Bomb Hemel Hempstead, said: "Also alongside the book themed toppers will be books hidden by Hemel’s Hidden Books as well as painted rocks by Hemel Rocks so there is lots to search for and be excited about!

"Even Hemel’s litter pickers are joining in by sprucing up the areas around the postboxes."
Will you spot them all? Where will Jemima Puddle-Duck be hiding? Will the Very Hungry Caterpillar be munching near you?
If you spot the postbox toppers, you can share your photos with the Hemel Gazette, by emailing [email protected].
