The Foundry’s name has been chosen to pay homage to the former steam driven foundry in Old High Street, established by the Cranstone family in 1798.

Greg Allsop, Sales and Marketing Director at Bellway North London, said: “Construction work began at The Foundry earlier this year and is set to transform this former college site, which lies next to the new campus.

“We’ve seen an incredibly high level of interest in these new-build apartments – so much so that we’re planning to release the first homes for sale before our show apartment is ready for viewing.

“One of the unique elements of this project is the new recreational space we are creating in the grounds, together with a building manager service and parcel delivery collection points.

“The first apartments will be released for sale in due course. We are planning to have an on-site launch later in the year, with the first residents moving in next year.

“In the meantime, people can register an interest in The Foundry on our website and receive the latest updates about the development as they become available."
