Amy Michie, 25, is the owner of Tiki’s cafe in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. She took over the coffee business aged just 21 and recently expanded into the first floor of the town centre building. She lives in nearby Leighton Buzzard.

What is your favourite food?

Spaghetti Bolognese.

What’s the most played song on your iPod?

Cuz I Can by Pink – from the artist’s fourth album titled I’m Not Dead, released in 2006.

Favourite quote?

‘You can do anything if you put your mind to it’ by my dad. It’s what I live by, my inspiration.

Favourite thing to do to relax?

Yoga.

If you could have 5 famous people for dinner – past or present – who would you pick and why?

1. Hotelier and the presenter of TV show The Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi, because I have a lot of respect for her straight talking business minded self, and so that I could pick her brains for ideas.

2. Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver so that he can cook.

3. Actress and comedienne Dawn French for some giggles.

4. Professor Stephen Hawking to throw in some intellect.

5. Hollywood actress Whoopi Goldberg because she’s so interesting.

What was the last film you watched? Fifty Shades of Grey – a 2015 American erotic romantic drama film directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, based on British author E. L. James’ bestselling novel of the same name.

If you knew the world was ending in 2015, what would you do differently? Get to Glastonbury Festival!

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? A vet.

If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be and why? The Big Bang.

What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done? Wrote and read the eulogy for my grandmother’s funeral.

What’s the best or worst gift you have ever given or received? The worst gift I have received was a Barbie when I was about three years old. It terrified me!

How would you like to be remembered? As a happy, caring and determined person.
