New gym opens in Hemel Hempstead industrial estate
Dacorum Sports Trust has opened '˜Our Gym', a low-cost gym in the heart of the Maylands Industrial Estate.
The facility boasts more than 100 fitness stations, including cardio machines that are fitted with digital TV, radio and iPod connectivity.
