MP David Gauke in line for new pensions minister job
MP for South West Herts David Gauke is expected to be appointed the new minister for pensions.
Mr Gauke who, prior to the General Election, was financial secretary to the treasury, is expected to be handed the post under David Cameron’s new majority Conservative government.
His colleague in Hemel Hempstead, MP Mike Penning, did the same job from 2013 to 2014 under Cameron before being appointed minister of state for justice and the home office.
