'˜Me time' for carers at hospice pamper day
Carers are invited to a special Carers' Pamper Day in the beautiful grounds of Berkhamsted's Hospice of St Francis from 2pm to 4.30pm on Friday.
Taking place during Carers Week, which this year has a focus of building carer-friendly communities, the event is free and open to all carers who support a relative or friend with a life-limiting illness.
Carers can enjoy tea and cake on the lawns, browse craft, gift, jewellery and plant stalls, join in Pilates sessions and visit information stalls from local organisations such as Carers in Bucks and Herts.
