Man stole a council flat bed truck while banned from driving

William Christopher McDonagh, 30, of Three Cherry Trees Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Drink-driving in High Street, Hemel Hempstead, with 93 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (limit is 80) on January 26. Joseph Lee, 42, of no fixed abode. Stole a Ford flat bed truck belonging to Dacorum Borough Council, drove it in Bridge Street, Hemel Hempstead, while banned from driving and with no insurance on March 29. Jailed for 16 weeks, banned from driving for 18 months and £80 victim surcharge.

Two charges of sending an offensive and threatening voicemail that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on January 26 and sent threatening text messages on January 21.
