Joseph Lee, 42, of Robin Hood Meadow, Hemel Hempstead. Caused £700 worth of damage to a doctor’s vehicle belonging to Herts Urgent Care in Hemel Hempstead on October 24. Fined £30, £400 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

Darren Miles, 39, of Rosebery Way, Tring. Drink driving without insurance or a licence with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Sutton Close, Tring, on October 10. Limit is 35. Fined £400, £85 costs, £30 victim surcharge and banned from driving for five years.

Jonathan McCurdy, 20, of Chequer Hill, Flamstead. Possession of herbal cannabis in Harpenden on August 18. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Roy Alan Stallard, 34, of Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole meat and alcohol worth £81.45 from The Co-Op and meat products worth £78.01 from Sainsbury’s in Hemel Hempstead on October 12. Sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

Andrew George Gavin, 56, of Oliver Road, Hemel Hempstead. Driving while disqualified without insurance and failing to stop at scene of an accident in Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, on April 18, in car that had a disintegrated rear tyre and was in dangerous condition. Sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 24 months, due to past convictions and bad driving over prolonged period. Put under curfew for 18 weeks to stay at home between 5pm and 5am every day, to be monitored by electronic tag, £85 costs, £80 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 48 months.
