Lewis Jason Dumbarton, 20, c/o Windmill Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one wrap of herbal cannabis in Berkhamsted on July 28. Fined £73, £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Kingsley Donaldson Morgan, 49, Station Road, Kings Langley. Owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and injured a woman in Egg Farm Lane, Kings Langley on April 16. Dog to be kept under proper control and owner fined £300, £50 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jenna Sookun, 30, Tanners Hill, Abbots Langley. Driving while using a mobile phone in Tibbs Hill Road, Abbots Langley on February 2. Three points on licence and fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Thompson, 50, Green Lane, Bovingdon. Driving while using a mobile phone in Croxley Green on March 2. Three points on licence and fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Roper, 35, Lincoln Court, Berkhamsted. Drink driving with 171 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood (limit is 80) on the A41 near Bourne End on June 27. Banned from driving for one year to be reduced by three months on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £600, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Michael Yorston, 36, Field Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possessing one wrap of cocaine and drink driving with 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in Hemel Hempstead on July 13. Banned from driving for 21 months to be reduced by 21 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course and fined £458, £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

John Neil Kennedy, 24, c/o Sarratt Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards others in Hemel Hempstead on March 15, March 29 and May 4. Jailed for a total of 24 weeks suspended for 18 months, community order including 30 days general offending behaviour programme and 18 months supervision requirement and fined £100, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Anthony Kenneth Parkins, 86, Malmes Croft, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman by beating in Watford on July 21. Six months conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robin Andrew Dutton, 41, St Agnells Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Damaged a glass-pannelled front door and possessed two small bags of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on August 24. Fined a total of £200, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jonathan Harris, 26, Butts End, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman by beating in Hemel Hempstead on July 20 and sent numerous unwanted emails to her between July 20 and August 7. Community order including prohibition from contacting the victim for 12 months and 12 months supervision requirement, and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ejaz Ahmed Khan, 46, Milme Street, Oldham. Stole money from KFC in Hemel Hempstead on October 7, 8 and 10. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, community order including 200 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £5,410 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Sammy Peter Farrugia, 47, High Street, Hemel Hempstead. Speeding at 49mph in a 40mph zone on the A414 in Hemel Hempstead on February 18. Three points on licence and fined £135, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dylan Jordan Hussey, 21, Abbots Langley. Speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A411 in Watford on February 19. Three points on licence, fined £80 and £20 victim surcharge.
