Knife-wielding robber steals from chemist
A robber brandished a knife at terrified pharmacy staff before stealing medicines last night (Wednesday, June 15).
Police were called to Nash Chemists in Long Chaulden, Hemel Hempstead, just after 6.05pm.
Reports say a man entered the shop with a knife and demanded that staff open a cabinet which contained drugs, before grabbing them and running off.
A 25-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in police custody.
