Income support cheat fined more than £1,000

Ryan James Josey, 18, of Kimpton Place, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without a licence in Lower Street, Watford on May 26, driving without due care and attention and without insurance at Tesco Car Park, Lower High Street, Watford on May 26. Fined a total of £150, six points on licence. £30 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Daniel McLaughlin, 36, of Nicholls Close, Redbourn. Drink-driving in Dunstable Road, Redbourn on January 10 with 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Limit is 35. Banned from driving for 17 months to be reduced by 17 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, £360 fine, £85 costs and £36 victim surcharge.

Paul Milos Munjic, 19, of Lindlings, Hemel Hempstead. Drink-driving in Jocketts Road, Hemel Hempstead on January 10 with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. Also committed the offence while subject to a 24 month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly.
