There will be a variety of free online wellbeing activities throughout the festival that people can join in with and enjoy safely at home.

The activities will be filmed at the hub and include yoga, mindfulness, dance and fitness.

All activities will be run by local facilitators lasting approximately 30 minutes, starting from 10am, with the last session at 4pm.
