Landlord Paul Kohli says: “I have been using Help to Rent for more than six years and they have always matched my properties with good, honest tenants who always pay their rent on time.

“When they vacate the property, Help to Rent quickly arranges the exit inspection for the benefit of the tenant and myself.

“They also manage to find new tenants within a very short period, reducing the time the property is empty, which is very important for me.”

To attend the Landlord’s Forum, please email [email protected] or call 01442 228000 and ask for Help to Rent.
