Leading commercial property developer Stoford has reached practical completion of the 36,000 sq ft office development next to Henkel’s existing facility in Wood End Lane.

German founded Henkel has taken a 15-year lease on the V-shaped, three storey building.

The new headquarters consolidates in one central location Henkel’s activities from its existing offices in Hatfield and Aylesbury and reaffirms the company’s commitment to Hemel Hempstead. Its portfolio of brands include Schwarzkopt, Pritt and Sellotape.
