Residents are invited to have their say in the next few months, as Herts County council starts work on agreeing its budget priorities for the coming year.
Cabinet member for resources and performance Chris Hayward said: “We need to make some important decisions about how we allocate money and we want your views.
“If you live in Hertfordshire, these decisions affect you, so please have your say.”
The county council says it has saved £211 million from its annual budget since 2010 but, looking ahead, it estimates a further £80 million of savings will need to be found by 2017/18. This estimate will be reviewed following the government’s spending review and autumn statement on November 25.
