Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, which provides a wide range of heath and social care in people’s homes and in the community - has marked its milestone year with a new website.

It means easier access to information including finding services, who is eligible for what and what will happen at appointments.

Trust head of communication Chris Knibb said: “We are delighted with the new look which aims to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. It was the perfect opportunity to mark our fifth anniversary.”
