Have your say on plans to build 600 new homes

Phase Two of Spencer’s Park will go under scrutiny at an event held at Woodhall Farm Community Centre from 3-7.30pm on Friday, February 26.

Construction work on Phase One, covering 357 new homes, began last summer.

Phase Two is expected to include a new primary school, a new park and sports pitches, and 7,200m² of commercial space.

But the development has sparked concerns over traffic and amenities such as healthcare.
