Proposals to build 600 new homes on the outskirts of Hemel will go to public consultation next Friday.
Phase Two of Spencer’s Park will go under scrutiny at an event held at Woodhall Farm Community Centre from 3-7.30pm on Friday, February 26.
Construction work on Phase One, covering 357 new homes, began last summer.
Phase Two is expected to include a new primary school, a new park and sports pitches, and 7,200m² of commercial space.
But the development has sparked concerns over traffic and amenities such as healthcare.
The proposals can also be seen and commented on online at www.spencerspark2.co.uk
