Continuing our run of interviews with Hemel Hempstead-based charity Hope for Children, we speak to office manager Caroline Lee, who lives in Berkhamsted and is also a personal trainer.
What is your favourite food?
Wagamama’s Yasai Katsu curry, Gyoza & Edamame... closely followed by nachos!

Favourite thing to do to relax?
Sit in the bath and have a cup o’ tea... or a trip to the beach!
What is the one thing you hate the most?
IRONING!!! Yet I have to do it... I am obsessed with things being wrinkle-free!
If you could have 5 famous people for dinner – past or present – who would you pick and why?
1. David Attenborough –to tell us some of his amazing stories with his fantastic narrator’s voice.
2. Mary Berry – she is like a cool Granny who makes amazing food!
3. Paul Hollywood – you can’t have one without the other! Plus they could help with dinner!
4. Graham Norton – I think I would like him to be my BFF!
5. Bradley Cooper – need I say more!!
What was the last film you watched?
Big Hero 6 – having a six year old daughter, my film choices are now somewhat limited!
If you knew the world was ending in 2015, what would you do differently?
Eat more chocolate and not feel so bad about it?!? Or do something new and exciting every single day!
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I think I wanted to be a policeman... then a business woman!
If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be and why?
I wish I could watch the sunrise on every New Year. There is something magical about a sunrise!
What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?
Three weeks trekking through the Costa Rican rainforest (emphasis on the word RAIN!) carrying all our supplies. That was tough, but amazing at the same time!
What’s the best or worst gift you have ever given or received?
My mum named a star after me for my birthday once, that was pretty special. And when my little’un leaves me lovely notes.
How would you like to be remembered?
Someone who enjoyed life... and who helped others do the same!
What is your favourite thing to do or place to visit in Dacorum?
Walking through Ashridge and enjoying a cup of tea and a scone at the café there!
