Fireworks set to film music
Summer may just be over, what there was of it anyway, but there’s still plenty to look forward to.
And one definite date for the diary is Tring Festival of Fire.
The town’s annual firework festival looks set to be as spectacular as always, with a fantastic array of food and drinks stalls, a guy parade and entertainment on the JR Smith stage from local artists.
The centrepiece of the evening on Saturday November 7 will be a spectacular firework display set to music, which this year will be Movie Theme Favourites.
The fun takes place at Tring Park cricket club and approximate running times will see the fun begin at 5.30pm with light music through the PA, food and drink on sale.
At 5.45pm the entertainment will commence on the JR Smith stage.
At 6.30pm the bonfire will be lit and all guys added to the bonfire and the first fireworks set off.
The main firework display, set to movie themed music will begin at 7.15pm and the entertainment will then continue with food stalls and the bar remaining open until the festival ends at 8.30pm.
Early bird family tickets cost £14 for two adults and up to three children under the age of 16 and are now available at www.facebook.com/TringFestivalOfFire.
Tickets for the festival can also be bought from Beechwood Fine Foods, The Akeman and Michael Anthony estate agents in Tring.
