Khana Cooking Classes, based in Chaulden, teachlocal people how to cook authentic Indian dishes while emphasising on the health benefits of spices and fresh ingredients.

“She’d be cooking, the neighbours would smell what she was making and she’d invite them in and show them how to make it themselves.
“Now mum and I are both qualified chefs and make the same authentic Indian dishes.”
Khana Cooking Classes run classes in venues across the county as well as offering home lessons.
