Driving ban for woman behind the wheel on drugs and alcohol

Benjamin Lawrence Moran, 37, of Tollpit End, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving without insurance and with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) on Hatfield Road in St Albans on November 5. Banned from driving for 14 months to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £250 and ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mathew Allain, 18, of New Park Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole an Audi car key between November 6 and 7. Community order including 40 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Kieran Micheal John Rose, 19, of Paston Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of a folding lock knife in Longlands, Hemel Hempstead on July 14. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Louise Jennings, 28, of Roman Way, Markyate. Possession of one wrap of cocaine and driving while unfit due to drugs and alcohol, with 124 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood (limit is 80), and without valid tax or insurance in Markyate on July 23. 18 months conditional discharge, banned from driving for 14 months to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £120 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vinicius Rocha, 20, of Jennings Way, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 51 microgrammes of alchohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) and without valid licence or insurance in Leavesden on November 8. Banned from driving for 15 months to be reduced by 15 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined a total of £220, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dominic Marc Palmer, 42, of Bettespol Meadows, Redbourn. Kept an unlicensed car on a public road in Redbourn on September 22. Fined £200, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £51.25.

Gerald Tipper, 77, of Cornfields, Hemel Hempstead. Driving while disqualified and without valid insurance, and obstructing a police officer in Hemel Hempstead on August 20. Banned form driving for 12 months, community order including 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Yusuf Arman, 43, of Wheatfield, Hemel Hempstead. Driving while disqualified and without valid insurance andfailing to pay for diesel to the value of £107.27 on two occasions in Hemel Hempstead and Kings Langley on August 24, driving while disqualified and without valid insurance in Wood Crescent, Hemel Hempstead on September 2, driving while disqualified in Marlowes on August 26, stole clothing to the value of £239.36 from TK Maxx Hemel Hempstead on September 7, driving while disqualified and without valid insurance, and failing to stop when asked to do so by police in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead on September 22, stole coats to the value of £1,089 from TK Maxx St Albans and driving while disqualified and without valid insurance on October 22. Jailed for a total of 24 weeks.

Jake Rowland Joseph, 24, of Branksome Close, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without valid insurance on the A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead on February 10. Six points on licence and fined £250, £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dean Bell, 64, of Rannoch Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without due care and attention causing serious injury to a cyclist in Washington Avenue, Hemel Hempstead on September 10. Eight points on licence and fined £265, £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Malcolm Lewis, 46, of Ninian Road, Hemel Hempstead. Speeding at 97mph on the M1 motorway in Hertfordshire on May 23. Five points on licence and fined £265, £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gemma Louise Read, 30, of Chaucer Close, Berkhamsted. Assaulted a man by beating in a racially-aggravated offence in Berkhamsted on November 16. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordan Andre McFarlane, 20, of Cambridge Close, Neasden. Possession of six wraps of heroin and two wraps of crack in Hemel Hempstead on July 18. Fined a total of £110, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Williffe Powell, 37, of Harp Island Close, Neasden. Posession of one wrap of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on July 18. 24 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dainius Gestautas, 20, of High Street, Bovingdon. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police officer in Hemel Hempstead on August 31. 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Charles Peppiatt, 41 of Bayford Close, Hemel Hempstead. Criminal damage to two trees belonging to The Akeman in Tring on December 24 2013, stole alcohol to the value of £32.50 from Asda Hemel Hempstead, and assaulted two men by beating in Berkhamsted on November 16. Community order including six months alcohol treatment and nine months supervision, and ordered to pay a total of £190 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £150 costs.
