Mathew Allain, 18, of New Park Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole an Audi car key between November 6 and 7. Community order including 40 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Kieran Micheal John Rose, 19, of Paston Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of a folding lock knife in Longlands, Hemel Hempstead on July 14. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Louise Jennings, 28, of Roman Way, Markyate. Possession of one wrap of cocaine and driving while unfit due to drugs and alcohol, with 124 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood (limit is 80), and without valid tax or insurance in Markyate on July 23. 18 months conditional discharge, banned from driving for 14 months to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £120 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vinicius Rocha, 20, of Jennings Way, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 51 microgrammes of alchohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) and without valid licence or insurance in Leavesden on November 8. Banned from driving for 15 months to be reduced by 15 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined a total of £220, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dominic Marc Palmer, 42, of Bettespol Meadows, Redbourn. Kept an unlicensed car on a public road in Redbourn on September 22. Fined £200, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £51.25.

Jailed for a total of 24 weeks.
