Dreams of journey's end for eight-hour cycle fundraisers clocking up stores

A group of colleagues set off on their bikes for an eight-hour fundraiser to help children in foster care.

The team from Dreams set off from their ‘Bedquarters’ in High Wycombe and travelled between eight of the company’s stores, stopping by at the shop in Bridge Street, Hemel Hempstead, which was decorated for the occasion.

During the day, the cyclists also visited stores at in Slough, Feltham, Hayes, Ruislip, Watford and High Wycombe.

They cycled a total of 88 miles in aid of The Fostering Network, a fostering charity, and have raised around £22,000 so far.

The Dreams company has teamed up with the The Fostering Network this year to help raise money to improve the lives of children in foster care.

During the trip on Monday, August 8, to launch the partnership with the charity, the 13 colleagues on the sponsored bike ride were led by Dreams CEO Mike Logue.
