Dog poo smeared on car windscreen

A car had dog poo and gravel thrown at its windscreen in a spate of vehicle attacks over the weekend.

Police say the incident happened while the car was parked on a driveway in Beaconsfield Road, Tring, between 4.30pm on Saturday, December 5 and 11.30am on Sunday, December 6.

Also on the same street, a car was interfered with between 7pm on Saturday, December 5 and 12 noon on Sunday, December 6.

During the same weekend, two white vans were broken into at separate locations – one in Oakley Lane, Tring between 7pm on Saturday, December 5 and 7am on Monday, December 7, and the other in Nathaniel Walk, Tring between 4pm on Sunday, December 6 and 6.45am on Monday, December 7.

Power tools were stolen from both vehicles.

If you have any information relating to these or any other crimes, or to report suspicious behaviour in your street, call the police on 101.

Patrols in the area will be increased and officers have advised motorists to:
