Police arrested two men on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle after they were stopped in Everest Way

Officers conducted a routine stop check on a vehicle and it appeared to be suspected as stolen, and was displaying false number plates.
Joshua Jackman, 22, and from Hemel Hempstead, and Marc Lofting, 28 and of no fixed address, have both been charged with being carried in/on a motor vehicle taken without the owner’s consent.
They have both been released on bail and are due to appear at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 13.
