Police are investigating after a BMW was abandoned, after it was seen being driven dangerously, in Hemel Hempstead on Thursday, April 23.

The driver of a silver BMW failed to stop for police on the A4147 Link Road, Hemel Hempstead, just before 6pm on Thursday, after it was seen being driven dangerously.

The vehicle was later found abandoned and was seized as part of further investigations.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the driver of the vehicle, which is linked to several reports of theft of fuel from filling stations in Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.
