Police investigating an incident of indecent exposure in Hemel Hempstead are appealing for witnesses.

At around 7.45am on Tuesday, (January 5) a man was asked to leave a shop on Waterhouse Street.

Once outside, he reportedly exposed himself and the police were called.

A 20-year-old man from Luton was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Police investigator Daryl Allwood said: “Our investigation is continuing at this time and, as part of this, we would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident, saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time or has further information which could assist our enquiries.
