A man from Hemel Hempstead has been charged in connection to an incident in Eaton Bray when the fire service was called to a report of a vehicle on fire.

The incident happened on October 3.

Jamie Flanagan, 31, of Waveney, Hemel Hempstead, appeared at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 20, where he was remanded into custody.
