Hemel man arrested on suspicion of drug driving

A 20-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead was arrested on suspicion of being in control of a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of drugs on Sunday, April 26.

Police were carrying out proactive patrols on Heath Lane when they came across a suspicious vehicle.

A search revealed a quantity of cannabis inside and the driver, a man from Hemel Hempstead, was arrested.

He has been released on police bail.
