Programme Requirement: Participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Building Better Relationships, Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: Offender to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments (with the responsible officer or someone else nominated by them), or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 days. Restraining order made for the defendant in the following terms: Not to contact the victim directly or indirectly. Not to enter Horsecroft Road, Hemel Hempstead. Reason: Necessary and proportionate. This order lasts until 08/04/2022. This order is made on conviction. Ordered to pay £100 compensation. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90. Ordered to pay £85 to the CPS.

Chantelle Rogers, 39, Manley Road, Hemel Hempstead: On 09/12/2015 at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, not being at your place of abode, had with you an article for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft, namely de-tagging device. Contrary to section 25 of the Theft Act 1968. Fined £200. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Louise Charlotte Morrison, 37, Northridge Way, Hemel Hempstead: Application for the continued detention of seized cash, namely £1000.00, the applicant having reasonable grounds for suspecting that it is recoverable property, that is property obtained through unlawful conduct intended for use in unlawful conduct. In accordance with section 295 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Order made that cash of £1,000.00 (estimated) seized under section 295(2) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 from respondent of Northridge Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, on 20/05/2020 at 08:00 at Northridge Way, HP1 2AS be further detained for 6 months.
