CCTV released after man harasses restaurant staff and customers in Hemel Hempstead

Police would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with a public order incident at a Hemel Hempstead restaurant.

On Friday, November 1, a man was reported to have harassed staff and customers at Sitar Restaurant in Boxmoor.

It happened at around 8pm.

Police said the offender used words to cause "harassment, alarm and distress".
