The force received reports from members of the public regarding this problem on echo, the LIVE OWL chats and the control room.

On Monday night, after a motorcycle failed to stop for police in Adeyfield, officers on these dedicated patrols, using local knowledge, were able to locate the bike abandoned in Bennetts End and it was seized.

"It is a difficult problem to resolve but we are taking positive action to both prosecute and disrupt those committing offences and causing anti social behaviour using motorcycles.

"I would encourage the community to continue to report these issues to us so we can direct our patrols effectively."
