On June 17 at Hemel Hempstead, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected from you, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £15. Fined £255, compensation of £15, victim surcharge of £26, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, criminal courts charge of £180, compensation of £10.

On June 17 at Hemel Hempstead used a motor vehicle on Redbourn Road, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks. Tracey Harvey, 51, of Stonelea Road, Hemel Hempstead. On August 1 at Hemel Hempstead was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Stonelea Road and whilst so out of control injured another person. Unless the dog Tia is kept under proper control by i) The dog will be secured in a place of safety, namely the dining room of the defendant’s residence in Stonelea Road, whenever the door is opened to a visitor not of the same household; ii) An intercom with camera facility to be installed at the defendant’s property in situ by October 20 the front door within six weeks of the court hearing on October 20; iii) A highly visible sign on the front door of the defendant’s property to be displayed making reference to the presence of the dog at the property, it must be destroyed. Committed to prison for 8 weeks forthwith. Reason: Offence so serious because persistent offender, aggravated by previous convictions. To pay compensation of £559.99.

Luke William Thompson, 24, of Cocker Road, Enfield. On May 4 at Hemel Hempstead committed assault by beating. Community order made.
