On October 12 at St Albans failed without reasonable cause to surrender at St Albans Magistrates’ Court, or as soon after that time as was reasonably practicable, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 2 at Hatfield. Warrant for arrest without bail. Basis: no appearance in answer to bail.

Kiel James, 29, of Cromwell Drive, Slough. On or before June 23 at Hemel Hempstead assaulted a female. Committed to prison for 4 weeks forthwith. Reason: Offence so serious because previous convictions and a serving prisoner. Restraining order made for the defendant. To pay compensation of £75, victim surcharge of £80, costs of £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service, criminal courts charge of £150.

Robbie George Scott, 44, of Great Whites Road, Hemel Hempstead. On September 12 at Box Lane, Hemel Hempstead used threatening abusive or insulting words within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £40.

Robbie George Scott, 44, of Great Whites Road, Hemel Hempstead. On July 30 at Tring without lawful excuse damaged the windows of a blue MG vehicle of a value unknown but under £5,000, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Fined £200, victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, criminal courts charge of £150.
