John Francis Fitzgerald, 37, of Snatchup, Redbourn. Failed to give a specimen of breath when asked to do so by police in Hatfield on August 8. Banned from driving for 14 months to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £135, £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Liam Jake Gaastra, 20, of The Heights, Hemel Hempstead. Harrassed a woman by text messaging, calling and approaching her in Hemel Hempstead between October 13 and 29 , interfered with a cars, stole a sat nav and possessed three wraps of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on December 11, and took a vehicle without consent and caused an accident damaging a hedge and fence in Hemel Hempstead on January 6.
