Chase away those winter blues with inspiring workshops and treatments

Ward off those January blues with free mini-treatments, readings and workshops at a Well Being and Mind Body Spirit Fayre on Friday evening.

The event, at Boxmoor Hall, Hemel Hempstead, is being organised by well-known local medium Gillian Holland.

Award-winning local writer Siobhan Curham will be opening the event and presenting the first of six mini-workshops during the evening.

Siobhan’s work in her book, True Face, is aimed specifically at adolescents and younger women to find their ‘true face’ in the face of pressure to conform, and she will be sharing some of her expertise in this workshop. Siobhan is becoming a well-known face in local schools where she also shares her work.

Chill out with Georgie Deyn, owner of Georgie’s School of Dance and Drama in Bovingdon, who will be offering two singing slots as well as a meditation workshop during the evening.

Larry Davids is a medium, tarot reader, advanced reiki practitioner and intuitive counsellor, who is offering readings and a workshop on music therapy with voice.

Artist, reiki master and angelic reiki practitioner Annette O’Donnell will be offering a workshop on Awakening Your Senses To The Angels.

Native American flute player Brett Mills will play flute for as well as deliver messages from your loved ones in spirit.
