The assault took place outside Batchwood Hall nightclub in St Albans between 3.30am and 3.40am on Saturday, February 20.

An 18-year-old teenager was assaulted by two other women in the nightclub’s car park in the incident, being knocked to the ground and repeatedly kicked to the face and head,.

She suffered extensive damage to her teeth, which required emergency surgery, as well as severe bruising.

An earlier altercation had occurred between the victim and the women while they were in the coat queue inside the nightclub, which had resulted in them being told to leave by the door staff.

Detective Constable Rhys Tom, who is investigating, would like to speak to the woman pictured as she may have witnessed what happened or have information which could assist the investigation.

He said: “The victim of this attack has suffered traumatic injuries, which has resulted in her losing several teeth.

“We have carried out significant enquiries into this assault but now need the public’s help to identify the woman pictured.

If you recognise her please contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non‐emergency number 101, quoting crime reference number F2/16/271.

“To give information anonymously call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 800 555 111, or submit information through the charity’s anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers‐uk.org”
