Car fire next to petrol station
Firefighters rushed to the scene of a car fire next to a petrol station last night (Tuesday, April 5).
Two pumps from Hemel fire station were called to the BP Connect petrol station on Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, at 4.53pm.
On arrival they found a black Volkswagen Passat well alight in the car park adjacent to the forecourt.
They extinguished the fire and made the scene safe by 5.20pm.
