The Hemel 10k and 1.5k Superhero fun run is set to return to Astley Cooper School on Sunday July 9.
Registration is now open for runners and Superheroes alike.
Last year, this lively event, organised by Rennie Grove Hospice Care, saw nearly 500 people take part, many dressed as their favourite Superheroes, including Wonder Woman, Captain America and even Banana Man.
The charity is hoping this year’s event will raise £20,000 to help fund its £7.2 million annual running costs.
The multi-terrain 10k route is open to those aged 12 and over, and the 1.5k fun run is open to all ages, with under-fives going free.
