Birthday celebrations at the Riverside

Hemel’s Riverside Shopping Centre celebrated 10 years with a two-day bonanza at the weekend, with fun including Punch & Judy shows, birthday cupcake decorating workshops, face-painting, balloon modelling and giant garden games.

And centre bosses also gave weekend visitors the chance to get their hands on £10,000 cash by attempting to crack the code to the safe. Centre manager David Robinson said: “We’d would like to thank our loyal shoppers over the years; here’s to the next ten.”
