Armed police arrest man with machete
A man was arrested in his home for the possession of a machete, police said today (Monday, March 21).
Police were called just before 8am yesterday morning (Sunday, March 20) regarding a domestic incident. Officers closed Fennycroft Road, Hemel Hempstead, at around 9am to allow armed police to arrest the man, who was inside a property.
The 28 year old was arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
He has been bailed until April 27.
