Dacorum is full of beautiful places to go for a walk, surrounded by countryside, there really are plenty of places to go for a walk during lockdown.

With the weather getting warmer, The Gazette asked readers to send in their favourite spots to go for a walk in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and Tring.

Dacorum is home to the Ashridge Estate, Tring Reservoirs and Apsley Canal, and five spots in the borough were awarded a Green Flag last year. Scroll through the gallery to see some of the beautiful places to go for walk in Dacorum.

Ashridge Estate is a 2,000 hectare area of the Chilterns Hills. The estate is part of the National Trust. The best way to explore it is on foot or by bike
Tring Reservoirs is a group of four reservoirs close to Tring. Their purpose is to feed the Grand Union Canal. The four reservoirs are: Startops End, Marsworth, Tringford and Wilstone (C) Google Maps
